The Wilder Kent Awards are a programme created to recognise and reward the work of schools, community groups, businesses, and villages, towns and cities that are helping to create #WilderKent. By taking positive steps to restore nature, they are helping to create a more climate-resilient county and provide a home for wildlife. Their actions benefit local communities and help tackle the global environmental threats we all face.
It was great to photograph such an inspiring event and capture the people who are making a real contribution to the development of the Kent Wildlife Trust.
